I’ll bet if you lower your prices down to the market price, that activity will pick right up. This is classic mispricing. I could offer shares of stock all day long one dollar above the market price and I wouldn’t get one offer. Think about it.
Marketing time is only 6 months if you price too high. Let me price your property and I’ll see it in two weeks. ANY property.
