In 2010, the GoodLife Team offered our tools and services to our GoodLife Real Estate Network in an effort to help homeowners save money on their property taxes. As a result, our network reduced their county assessed home values by as much as $2 million, cumulatively.
What is it? Over the course of two weekends, East Austin opens the doors to its many art studios to let everyone know where and how these artists work. It is a great community event to get to know the neighborhood, and to take part in all the activities that spring up around it. The actual studios and associated activities are scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, Nov 13-14 and 20-21, between the hours of 11 am and 6 pm each day.
On January 30th, 2010 The GoodLife Team hosted the third annual Modern Home Tour. Attendance to the tour increased over 1000% in 2 years – demonstrating a keen interest in Modern architecture and sustainable communities.
