Preliminary results showed the number of single family homes to be around 1,875…but once Realtors finally input all their sales into MLS, we ended up with over 2,000 sales in April. This is a 31% increase over last year’s number of 1,579 sales.
In January there were just 853 single family homes sold in all of Austin, compared to over 1,625 homes sold in March. Anyone want to predict how many homes will be sold in April?
