What is interesting is that while it is fact that winning an award such as this one is exciting and a strong validation that your brokerage is getting it right, if you reflect on the opposite outcome…why others are losing, it is even more of an achievement. Today, a member of my family told me she decided to become a Realtor. She is young, passionate and committed to being successful and she told me that she knew she had to work for a brokerage that was in alignment with her vision for her future. If she lived in Austin, I know exactly who her first choice would be. This is the magic that you have created in the way you approach the business. As long as brokerages continue to assume that change is irrelevant, they will have to dismiss the brokerages that get it order to rationalize their own position.
