stacey rhodes - contract to close specialist

stacey is a true “born and raised” austinite…she knows austin and the surrounding areas like the back of her hand and is proud to call austin home.

while stacey has extensive experience in the customer service industry, she found her real niche in the real estate market.  she was pleased to be promoted to escrow assistant after only 6 months with a local title company ~ a position she held for 2 years.  her solid foundation in the title business enables her to facilitate an exceptionally smooth closing for our clients, which is very important to stacey.  stacey’s strong belief that the customer is the most important part of the process aligns perfectly with the values and goals of the goodlife team. 

two years in the title business gave stacey an opportunity to work with a lot of austin real estate agents.

stacey loves her new role as contract to close specialist for the goodlife team. she loves the challenge of managing closings and making sure everything stays perfectly on track with the sale of homes, including all transactions, finances, and contracts.

when stacey isn’t working, she enjoys cooking, walking town lake, being with friends and family (especially her beloved nieces!), and enjoying all that austin has to offer!
