in 2007, when the emerging downtown austin condo market began to explode, krisstina searched the web to find a valuable resource for finding relevant and reliable information about each projected development. while several sites hosted information about the projects, they were static and cumbersome - requiring a significant amount of time to scroll through pages in order to access and assimilate the data.

since an easy to use, interactive site with a downtown map locating all of the projects, along with their respective information, was not available, krisstina invented one. this seriously custom downtown map is designed to be a valuable tool and resource for locating and retrieving relevant data about each downtown austin condo project. as a service to our visitors, concept-only projects are not represented on this map. you will only find downtown austin condos that have either broken ground, are accepting reservations, or are complete and available for resale.
