Austin Realtor Michelle Cotten A fourth-generation Texan and Austin resident for nearly 20 years, Michelle watched her parents run a successful small business from the age of three. She learned the importance of customer service and satisfaction. She believes doing business the right way is the only way and has developed a reputation for thoroughness, honesty and excellence. Michelle is a University of Texas at Austin graduate with a B.A. in Sociology and a minor in Government. She embarked on a year-long thesis on neighborhood and its effects on health. The challenges that people faced based on where they lived piqued her interest. Researching this complex topic gave Michelle a chance to explore this subject in greater detail and would eventually lead her into real estate.
