		<description>Taadeh,

You should be able to get the right answer from a competent Tax Advisor. Ask if you can file an Amended Return.

Good luck!</description>

		<description>Hi Cara,
As you know, we bought our place in Sept. 2008.
We did not qualify for the credit on our 2008 tax returns, b/c our combined income was above the $125,000 limit.
Now that the limit has been raised to $225,000 - do you know if we can claim the credit on our 2009 tax return?
Thanks
