Hello,
I don't know if thisGood Life Team can help me or not, but I'm going to give it a shot!
I have never own my own home and I would love to be able to do so.
Being a single mom and an income of $40,000+ and I work for a very prestigious fortune 500 company I would like to know who or where I get started to see if I qualify for a home.
My credit is poor and have had tried to fix it, but time constraints me.
I reside in Round Rock and would like to stay in the Stoney Point HS area for my teenagers.
If there is anyone that can help me to see if I qualify for an FHA loan or other government affiliated source I would really appreciate the help in finding myself and my children our first home.
I'm looking for a 3.2 with a garage and of course a fire place and back yard!
Looking to finance something in the range of $60,000-$80,000, can Good Life Team help me? Thank You, Kathy

Great article - time is indeed running out! And I believe that if someone without a down payment wants to borrow their tax credit via the TDHCA they need a longer close time.
