My specialty is working in Central Austin. I really love the Crestview / Allandale / Brentwood areas a lot (think 1950's bungalow homes). I also love modern, contemporary architecture. Mix those two together and you get magic! More than the areas, I really love working with first-time buyers. Having lived in Austin for over 10 years, I'm pretty familiar with several parts of town. I believe there are a lot of changes coming to the real estate industry, which is going to require agents to take much better care of their clients. To this I say "Bring it on! It's about time" . I have also been involved with the Austin Young Real Estate Professionals (AYREP) for 4 years and this has given me the opportunity to meet a lot of other industry pros who have helped take care of homeowner needs and increase the standards of real estate. When I am not working (even when I am), you can often find me sipping tea or cycling the streets of Austin.
