Carlos is a long time resident of Austin who learned about every part of this city working as a journalist. As an Emmy award winning Television Executive he came to know the people, lifestyles and stories that make Austin the best place to live and raise his family.
One of the biggest stories in Austin’s recent history is the rise of the city skyline and the growth of the downtown Austin condo market.

Carlos fell in love with downtown as a young man, visiting often to eat at the great restaurants, go dancing at the clubs and see friends for coffee and conversation. He knows downtown, and has seen everything from the fall of Liberty Lunch to the rise of the Austonian. Carlos began working with the GoodLife Team as a video marketing consultant. He quickly recognized the quality of the people and the vision behind the GoodLife, and decided to join the team as a full time agent and video production manager. Carlos has used his knowledge of Austin and downtown to become an expert in the Urban Austin condo market.

Enjoying views from downtown towers is one of the many ways Carlos exercises his deep capacity for joy. He also loves swimming at Barton Springs, meeting new people, drinking cheesecake milkshakes at Katz’s and spending time with his wife Audrey and his two children, Sofia and Diego.
