The number one ethic at the GoodLife Team is taking care of the buying or selling customer! For this reason, our organization is designed to provide expert service during every step of the transaction. At the GoodLife Team, the customer is the center of our universe. We hire experts to manage the different parts of the transaction so everything goes smoothly. We employ expert staff in the following areas: Sales, Staging, Photography, Contract-to-close, Listing Management & Marketing, Operations & Quality Control, Technology and Systems, Loan Consultation, Insurance, Title & Escrow and Make-Ready services. Our customers have an entire team to ensure a 5-star experience.

How is this different?

Traditional brokerages have little or no concern with the customer (buyer/seller) and leave it 100% up to their self-employed real estate agent to deliver the knowledge and service (or lack of). This means there is no consistent quality or standard of care and minimal service by virtue of the capacity of the single agent. All of this is risky for the customer.

Because of our consumer promise, we only hire real estate Professionals. This means all of our real estate agents have chosen real estate as their full-time career — they don’t sell “on the side”.

How is this different?

Because of our commitment to real estate professionalism the consumer will receive the same level of knowledge and service regardless of which agent is selected. Our Ethic means that we trust our own friends, family or children to work with any of the real estate Professionals on our team. The market standard in traditional real estate brokerage is to hire as many agents as possible and let them loose on the public. You won’t find that at the GoodLife Team.

Gone are the days of the “jack of all trades”

At the GoodLife Team mediocrity is not an option, which is why we have our agents declare areas of specialization and work as experts in their specialty. This means that every GoodLife customer will work with a real estate professional who has the knowledge and expertise to take care of their specific real estate concerns. You wouldn’t go to a cardiologist to solve a problem with your foot – you would go to a podiatrist! So why buy your investment property from a typical agent who owns no investment property?

How is this different?

At the GoodLife Team you work with an entire team of Experts who are trained to help you with your specific situation. If you have a specific need that isn’t a fit for the agent you are working with, they will gladly refer you to another specialist, or even outside the company if that is the best course of action.

We invest in and use technology to ensure the GoodLife Team operations fulfill on our promise of 5-star service. ALL agents are trained to use our technologies, tools, and systems in order to deliver the service standard required by the Company.

How is this different?

Other brokerages leave technology choices up to their agents. What this means is a lack of consistency because each agent uses a different system and operates based on their own individual preferences. We think you and your home or investment are too important to leave it up to the lone ranger agent and whatever tools they have at hand.

All Leaders in the organization have sold at least one home in order to understand the customer experience. Like Zappos, we require leaders to work in all facets of the company, including the sales, contract-to-close and customer response in order to truly understand the buying|selling customer.

How is this different?

Other real estate companies are filled with sales managers and leaders who are full of good intentions but have no experience working with the buying|selling customer, or whose experience is no longer relevant in today’s market. In these companies, the systems, tools, and advice for customers comes from theory or outdated practices.
